Third-party developers released new screenshots of an upcoming aircraft and scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator while new airports have been released.

We start with Flight Replicas, which released new screenshots of its de Havilland  DH.83 Fox Moth. Development is said to be coming along well and screenshots of the cockpit and cabin have been promised.

Next, we get the release of Rome–Ciampino International Airport “G. B. Pastine” (LIRA) by Barelli MSFS Addons.

The capital city of Italy’s smaller airport used primarily by low-cost carriers like Ryanair is now available on Simmarket for $18.27 plus applicable VAT. Below you can watch a trailer.

Moving on to a completely different area of the world, we get the release of Larestan International Airport (OISL) serving Lar, Iran.

The airport is available on Simmarket for $7.44, providing the following features:

  • Interior modeled Terminal
  • Modeled the Entrance
  • PBR Textures for most of the models
  • Made Boundary and reworked on few of the surroundings
  • Accurate ground detailing
  • Taxi signs and taxiways are assigned according to real world charts.
  • Wind sock position accurate to real world.

Last, but not least, we learn that  Tokushima Awaodori Airport (RJOS) in Japan by Gate15Scenery is now complete and will be released soon.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is currently available for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox Cloud Gaming, including Game Pass. If you’d like to learn more, you should stay tuned on TechRaptor as we have daily Microsoft Flight Simulator news to keep you updated on the many add-ons coming and released for the sim. We have also recently interviewed Microsoft’s Jorg Neumann about the Antonov An-225 “Mriya” and reviewed Orbx’s Oslo Gardermoen Airport and RHDSimulations’ Boeing 767-300ER.
